ORDER CHANGES, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once the order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a return under the conditions below.

 

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (European Union Only)

Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the day they receive their order. No justification is required.

Conditions:

  • The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Important:
Products returned used, damaged, or incomplete may be refused or refunded partially.

 

3. RETURN POLICY FOR NON-EU COUNTRIES

Customers outside the European Union may return products only if:

  • The item is defective,

  • The item was damaged during shipping,

  • An incorrect or missing item was received.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted outside the EU.


4. REPLACEMENTS

We will provide a free replacement if:

  • The product is defective,

  • It was damaged during transport,

  • An item from your order is missing.

All replacement requests require photo and/or video evidence.

Not eligible for replacement:

  • Customer-caused damage (drops, misuse, tears, bending, etc.)

  • Items that cannot be photographed because they were discarded.

 

5. REFUNDS

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Return shipping is paid by the customer if:

  • You no longer wish to keep the product (EU only).

  • The product is in perfect condition and you simply changed your mind.

Shipping fees at checkout are non-refundable.

 

6. NON-ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

Refunds are not granted when:

A. Issues within customer control:

  • Wrong or incomplete shipping address.

  • Failure to collect the package.

B. Issues outside our control:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Carrier technical failures

  • Strikes or operational delays

  • National holidays or peak seasons

  • Global events affecting logistics

C. Customer-caused damage:

Items damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.


7. DELIVERY GUARANTEE

If your order has not arrived within 45 days, you may contact us for assistance.
Refund requests must be made within 15 days after the delivery guarantee period ends.

 

8. IMPORTANT NOTE

Please contact our support team before returning any item.
We must register your case and provide the correct return address. Unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.

Photo/video evidence may be requested to properly assess your claim.
